Is a one bedroom apartment, on the first floor, with a separate kitchen which will also accommodate a sofa bed.

There is a good sized bathroom with walk in shower.

The bedroom is large and can accommodate a put u up bed. There is a double king-sized bed.

There is a large balcony with outside dining area and sunbeds.

Lithos Studios 1 & 2 can be used in conjunction with Villa Lithos to accommodate 8 to 9 people.
Cleaning takes place every three days with fresh bed linen and towels.
Catering of any meals can be arranged through the nearby taverna, and additional services like massage, shopping and delivery services are available upon request.

Transfers to and from Preveza Airport or to the Port of Igoumenitsa can be arranged.
The owners of the villa, Karen & Ilias, live next door, and are always available and ready to help with anything you need.
