Villa Lithos (meaning stone) is enclosed by a stone courtyard, punctuated by flowers and plants to create an appealing space in which to relax and enjoy the Greek summer climate. 

A private plunge pool with amazing night lighting, completes this charming and luxurious hideaway. This small treasure comes as a complete surprise and is only 400 meters from the first beach  (Piso Krioneri) and an easy 700 meters stroll up a lane from Parga Town. This one room villa has an attractive vaulted ceiling which gives a sense of space and coolness perfect for hot Greek summers.

The villa has an open plan room which serves as bedroom and sitting area, divided by an attractive screen. The living area has a sofa bed which could sleep a third person or child. A cot and high chair can be supplied and arranged with Owners on booking.

It’s absolutely spotless with lovely modern decor It’s a short easy walk into Parga centre but so peaceful and quiet There are 2 excellent restaurants The Five Senses and Perivole on the doorstep. The private pool and outdoor space is spotless and a delight to spend time there. We will most certainly be back."

"Fantastic and unique! Everything is just right here! The staff is very responsive, attentive, and welcoming. With attention to detail and a lot of heart, in an almost family atmosphere there were nothing to be desired! The Villa is very tastefully decorated and the in-house pool is very well maintained. The city center is within easy walking distance and the beach is only a few minutes walk away! We will definitely be back!"

"Perfect Little Villa for Two .We stayed in Villa Lithos for 11 nights and it was perfect for us. The lovely owners, Karen & Illias, live next door. They are genuine, really nice people who are friendly and helpful but are not at all obtrusive. They were happy to book taxis for our excursions & for our airport transfers and were particularly lovely when I lost a complete set of villa keys on our first day! The villa is in a lovely, quiet area but is just minutes walk away from the town centre. There are three lovely restaurants extremely close to the villa, including the fabulous Five Senses, which is literally across the road. We didn’t do any cooking but there is a hob & combi microwave and various cooking utensils. We found the washing machine particularly handy as it also has a small washing rack which dries the clothes in no time. As the beaches were so busy, we spent a lot of time at the villa. There are comfy sun loungers, a huge parasol and of course, the wonderful plunge pool. They also provide pool towels and a cleaner came every 3 days to freshen the place up and change the bedding and all towels. The villa was spotlessly clean and immaculate. We were surprised to learn that it was 6 years old as everything looks like new. If we were to visit Parga again, we would definitely stay here and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family."
